Refund and Returns Policy

At Amozzin, we take pride in delivering high-quality, handcrafted art and craft products. Since our items are specially made, we do not offer refunds or accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or broken due to transit.

Eligibility for Return:

A product is eligible for return only in the case of physical damage or breakage during delivery.

Steps to Request a Return:

  • Inspect the Product Immediately: Upon receiving your order, kindly inspect the product thoroughly.
  • Notify Us Within 24 Hours: If the product is damaged, email us at amozzinenterprises@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91-9958509165 within 24 hours of delivery.  
  • Provide Proof of Damage: Share clear images or a video of the damaged item, including its packaging, to help us process your request quickly. 
  • If the product is completely damaged no need to return the damaged product. If the parcel is partially damaged then you can return the same with 4-7 business days but customer will pay the courier charges.

Return Process:

Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on the return process.

A replacement/exchange will be delivered for the damaged item at no additional cost within 10-15 business days. If a replacement is not possible, we will credit the refund amount within 7-10  business days. 

Non-Returnable Situations:

  • Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as “change of mind” or “not as expected.”
  • Claims made after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for return or replacement.
